PAYMENT

If payment isn’t complete within a week of winning/buying an item a non-paying bidder warning will be sent to you.  The warning will remain open until payment is received.  We appreciate a speedy payment but understand it is not always possible. We will however close a non-paying bidder warning with an unpaid item strike after 14 days of your agreement to purchase an item.

 

SHIPPING 

Any questions about shipping cost and locations can be found in the shipping and handling section in the lower section of this webpage.  We guarantee you will not find better quality packaging in our industry, this insures your item will be undamaged and in perfect condition when it arrives.

 

We usually ship twice a week, so our usual turnaround is 7-10 days for you to receive your item.  While this is our normal turnaround things happen outside of our control that occasionally result in longer ship times.
