7 days after the buyer receives it | I sell items in "As is" condition during my auctions! When you purchase my items, you get exactly what you see listed within the description. Under the following circumstances, I may issue a refund: I was unable to test the item which does not work (see below), the item is damaged in shipping transit, the item does not match the auction description, or the wrong item was sent. Although any of these situation are rare, please email me immediately so I can work to resolve any issues during the auction process. Upon investigation a return may be issued! Please note, I will not issue returns because customer's are not pleased with the product! I will require item to be returned in the "original state" within seven business days for all refunds! The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. I have a "no questions asked" policy on some of my auctions. These auctions include items I was unable to test properly. I will still require the item/items to be returned in the "original state" within seven business days for these refunds also! The buyer is responsible for these shipping costs. If you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately so I can resolve any issues! Please also keep the item and any packaging in the "original state." This may be needed for an insurance claim. I also reserve the right to ask for pictures of the item or packaging. I expect full cooperation in the claims process in order to receive a refund! Please do not request an immediate return payment. After fully investigating each issue, a return may be issued. Please do not bid on my items if you are not going to comply with these policies. |
