These are brand new, tags still attached. They do have the baskets for the poles as well. Get a great set at huge discount to Amazon and others. The winter season is coming so get your self or a loved one ready to enjoy the outdoor weather when the snow falls.

They are either new items, canceled orders, returned items or refused packages. Unless stated in the listing they may not come in the original box or package, box condition will normally not be perfect off the shelf condition. Our condition definition is as follows.

NEW: Not used to the best of our ability to know, all pieces accounted for including instructions. Package may have been opened and re taped, item has been removed at least by us to check for missing pieces and working condition if possible.

Good: Item may have been used or there is a scratch or known defect described in the listing. Pictures showing known defects are included in the listing. Box will have been opened and re taped, item has been removed. All pieces accounted for, instructions included as well but may have been reprinted from the manufacturer website.

Used: Item has been used and is disclosed in the listing. Condition is discussed and any defects or scratches are listed as well as pictures. Item works as expected, all pieces accounted for but instructions may not be included or they have been reprinted from the manufacturer.

Warranty Information:
We do not provide a warranty with any item we sell. Some items may be honored for warranty claims by the original manufacturer, however we have no way of confirming warranty coverage for you.

Local Pickup:
We are always happy to arrange a FREE local pickup. At the end of the auction YOU will need to contact US to arrange for the pickup!

International Buyers:
We will be glad to ship internationally. Normal shipping is USPS Priority International. We will always fill out paperwork for customs with EXACTLY what is purchased, including the correct value less shipping. Please do not ask us to mark it as a gift or a lesser value; we will NOT do it. Any custom or import fees will be your responsibility. We have no way of knowing what those costs will be.

We usually ship within 3 BUSINESS days of the auction end. We do NOT ship on weekends. We use FedEx residential, Parcel Post, or Priority mail. These have proven to be most cost effective. Ebay does not allow us to show a FedEx delivery option, if you see UPS as an option please understand we will be shipping this FedEx Residential instead. Remember Parcel Post will take longer to arrive. We will email you with shipping confirmation/tracking numbers when shipped. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SLOW SHIPPING TIMES OR MISSED PACKAGES ONCE IT LEAVES US.

SHIPPING COSTS HAVE RISEN SUBSTANTIALLY. We get discounts from FedEx and UPS, and we pass this savings on to you! Please read our feedback and you will see reviews mentioning a shipping cost refund. We try and ship it the most cost effective way. We cannot control these costs but do want to earn a 5-star rating on our shipping cost review. If you feel a cost is high please let us know.
