WELCOME! Offered is one of the nicest vintage aluminum Christmas trees you will ever see. It is also big. The tree is a 7 foot tall Aluminum Christmas Tree with pom pom style branches for maximum sparkle and reflection. It was previously owned, but never removed from the original box since 1961, 48 years ago! Just one look inside the box reveals the trunk and stand still fastened securely in the original packing materials. They cannot be removed without opening the packing materal around them. The branches still stand in their individual slots. We know it is from 1961 because one of the accessories that we also have listed still has the postage on it which is dated 1961. They are hard to find this tall, hard to find so nice. The only bad thing is that this is an extremely large box and the PO and Fedex charge based on the weight, size and distance the package is being shipped. The cost is actual cost, we do not make any money on shipping costs. If you are nearby, you are welcome to pick up the tree by appointment and save the shipping costs. We do offer Fedex Ground on large or heavy packages. Ebay does not quote Fedex rates, so please use the UPS rates and we will honor them but will ship Fedex if you select that option.
