Local Pickup:  No handling fee for local pickup, which we welcome and encouraged by appointment at our home or shop in Monticello Illinois (Halfway between Champaign and Decatur Illinois, 1 hour east of Springfield Illinois and 2 hours from Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis).  Full payment must clear as referenced above in advance or be paid in cash (U.S. currency) at time of local pickup.  Buyer must provide valid current government-issued photo identification matching buyers’ registered contact information on file with eBay and/or PayPal and sign a statement of items received.

Freight Shipping:  Cartons measuring longer than 108”, over 165" (length of longest dimension + 2x width + 2x height), or weighing over 150 pounds (70 pounds for residential delivery address) must ship via motor freight, freight charges collect, FOB/FCA Monticello, Illinois, with insurance and adult signature delivery confirmation.  Since we have accounts with Yellow Transportation, Con-Way Transportation, (and D & D express for delivery inside Illinois), the same discounted rates we receive pass the same savings on to the buyer.  Buyer is also is welcome to make his own transportation arrangements and we will provide coordination with buyer's carrier for pickup.

International Shipping:  As we have for more than 30 years, we ship internationally to destinations all over the world.  Since we have no way of knowing in advance where a buyer is located, buyer is required to know their own country's importing restrictions, rules, taxes, available delivery services, and eligible payment methods that meet our requirements as stated herein before purchasing from us.  If required, buyer is responsible for clearing the item for export from the United States of America, import to the destination country, and compliance with any additional rules or regulations imposed by any country whose borders the shipment will cross.  In some countries, buyers will be required to pay additional customs brokerage fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional local delivery fees imposed by foreign governments, shipping companies, or third party freight forwarders or handlers upon receipt of shipment and in addition to the transaction amount.  If regulations require us to prepare export documents, buyers outside of the USA will be assessed an additional $20.00 document charge.  International buyers must add $.01 handling fee for each $1.00 of total payment (unless payment is by wire transfer or mail).  The value of all items being shipped will be declared at exactly the purchase amount and not as a gift.  Buyers outside of the USA must select and pay for a shipping service that provides detailed tracking information and adult signature proof of delivery confirmation that can be tracked online.  We also need the recipients contact phone number for the shipping documents.  Since international shipments usually take longer than domestic deliveries and customs clearance sometimes further delays the delivery, to prevent misunderstanding or negative feedback, international buyers must acknowledge the estimated time in transit for the selected shipping service with their payment or through the eBay message forwarding service.  If the cost of insurance is not specified or added by the shipping calculator, please wait until you receive an invoice from us through eBay to pay for your international purchase.  Since online tracking and/or full value insurance is not offered by some shipping services to all international destinations, shipping outside the USA will be restricted to those carriers offering these services if required by the terms contained herein.

Damage in Transit:  Delivery of the item in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier.  In the unlikely event an item is damaged in shipment, buyer will be responsible for notifying and filing any damage reports required by shipping company.  Should any carton arrive in damaged condition, immediately bring the condition to the delivery person's attention and open the carton and inspect the contents while in his presence.  If the contents are damaged, immediately notify the carrier of damage and preserve all contents and original packing materials for inspection.  Contact us with all the details of the damage immediately.  We will contact the carrier and file a damage claim and they will either contact you to coordinate an inspection or retrieve the shipment.  Claims for goods damaged in transit can take up to six weeks.  As soon as the carrier completes the inspection process, pays the claim, and/or returns any undamaged portion of the shipment to us, we will replace the item if we can, and if not we will issue an immediate refund.

Privacy:  Information provided to us will never be provided to any third party - unless you give express permission to do so.  We respect your privacy and do not partake in the practice of selling or distributing buyer information for any reason.  We will never use your personal or business information in any way that violates your privacy.  When you provide any information to us, it will only be used in such a manner as has been made clear to you, with your acknowledgement and prior permission.

Money back guarantee:  If you do not receive the item described in this listing we will offer you a full refund upon return including all shipping charges. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind or purchased the wrong item, nor do we have a price matching policy.
