little drum majors hat has black enamel brim and red enamel plume on top - charm measures approx. 1/2" tall - the only metal markings I see are on the O ring and that reads STG and has a little heart with an arrow through it mark  - this charm is in very nice condition - Please use "ask seller a question" feature on this page for any inquiries and I will get back to you asap.

I have a lenient return policy and will happily refund purchase price. We are no longer able to offer the insurance option and it is not included in the shipping cost - If you wish to add insurance please add $1.75 to final invoice and let me know that it will be shipped insured - or request shipping before invoice is sent and I will add this to the shipping cost - sorry for the inconvenience but it was ebay's decision to remove this option -  I will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
