Please take notice that I ONLY mail to the United States. I will not ship anywhere else. Please don't ask, postal paperwork for international mail is too confusing.... Sorry but I won't do it.  No exceptions.  I will combine multiple items to save on shipping costs, which are calculated on total weight of items packaged together.
