ESTATE FRESH! WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! It came from the non smoking home of a retired lawyer who was down sizing and moving to up state New York. She got rid of it since she had no room in her new home. The chair is constructed of tube steel with a (faux leather) Naugahyde covering. It has only minor wear with age. It needs a little cleaning up. One of the arms has a few very tiny 1/32" pin holes in it. these are shown in the pictures. Other than this it has no other damage or issues. The ottoman measures about 14" high x 21 1/2" x 18". The chair measures about 38" high in back, 16 1/2" high in front, 34" wide and 27" deep. It swivels and reclines with ease and is not worn out. Due to the size and to help reduce postage the chair will be taken apart for shipment. This will help lower the shipping cost and better protect it during shipment. New these chairs sell for a couple thousand dollars. We do have another with a wood base and leather covering we might be listing later on in the week. Other than what we state above the chair has no other damage or issues.
