We ship within 24 hrs. of payment (Excluding U.S. Holidays) by U.S.P.S. Mail and options are available at check out to choose which shipping method fits your needs.

We would like all our customers to receive their items fast, but unfortunately we can not control the speed of the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery time from the time we ship your item and it arrives to your address is totally out of our control. We can only control how fast we process and deliver your item to the US Post Office. (You may verify this by reading the time/date stamp on your package.)

We suggest USPS Priority Mail or Priority International if you need an item fast otherwise USPS Parcel Post and USPS 1st Class International may the slowest method depending on the speed of the U.S. Mail, your Postal Zone or your Country.

We do use Delivery Confirmation when possible to insure the package is delivered to the proper person.

We will accept returns within 14 days of Transaction. Returns or Refunds are based on buyer contact. Please contact me and we will work out a solution to any problems. Returns can be replaced with the same item (if available) or your money refunded by the way you paid (meaning if you paid by Paypal you will receive a Paypal refund). We also keep hard copies of all transactions and postal receipts for up two one year in order to help you with any problems. We will only ship to a PayPal Confirmed Address unless we are contacted for authorization prior to the sale.
