Combined shipping discounts are only available on buy it now items. On items that are listed as flat rate shipping, please don’t bid if you’re going to complain. The flat rate shipping IS NOT the same as postage.  Ebay allows for a certain amount over actual postage to be charged for time, supplies etc.  With most of my flat rate shipping items, the auction opening bid OR the buy it now price is low to the extent that I actually paid more for the item than the item price listed.  By charging extra on the shipping side and lowering the item price , the buyer saves money.  The reason is fees on lower priced items are lower, therefore I can pass those savings onto the buyer and do so within the policy guidelines of Ebay.

Also please feel free to contact me with any questions, problems etc.  When contacting me PLEASE do so at Ebay VIA a message  and not at my email address.  My email address gets so backed up with confirmations and other Ebay related emails it’s easy to get lo st in the shuffle! I truly appreciate being contacted before leaving negative feedback or negative comments.  I’m more than happy to address any concerns you may have.

 All of my items are checked before shipping when possible and all items are sold as is. (items that are sealed aren’t checked because opening them may make them appear used). No refunds or returns accepted. Please consider delivery confirmation service and postal insurance.  I take no responsibility for packages once in the hands of the postal service.  Without the extra services mentioned, all risk of having lost or damaged packages while in the hands of the postal system will be absorbed by the buyer.  So PLEASE BEFORE YOU PAY request these mentioned services if desired.  For international shipments I do not take responsibility for delivery of the packages.  However I will be more than happy to provide the international buyer with the customs form number which may or may not be trackable by your customs in your country.  Please check with your customs in your country for details.  I am always very happy to leave fantastic positive FEEDBACK AND WOULd appreciate fair feedback from  YOU the buyer as well.
