This is a great looking and brand new top for a girl who wears size 14.  Original price in nicer stores is $24.99 for this item.  Light yellow in color with gold faux jeweled smiley face on the front. The shirt has darker yellow near the bottom of the shirt with a tie dye look.   Lighter yellow ruffled stitching edges the bottom of the shirt and also the bottom of the slightly flared long sleeves.  Fabric is 100% cotton and brand name is Knit Works.  Very cute.  Email if you have any questions.
