WHO IS KILLING THE GREAT CHEFS OF EUROPE? (1978) For this very slight George Segal/Jacqueline Bisset comedy-mystery, Henry Mancini wrote a charming little theme tune in the style of Bach or Mouret, setting the classical European air quite nicely, thank you. It's not usually included in his compilations or regarded much at all, but it deserves another listen. The rest of this pleasant album continues with the faux-classical theme, with Mancini alluding to Bizet, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, and Handel, as well as the usual -- for a mystery -- suspenseful, haunting orchestral rumblings.

This auction is for the music from WHO IS KILLING THE GREAT CHEFS OF EUROPE? [SE 35692, EPIC STEREO].  This 1978 release has the artwork from the movie poster on the front, and movie/music info, movie stills on the back cover. There is a gold stamp on the back of the jacket as well(SEE PICS). You won't be disappointed.

The lp is visually graded VG [clean/shiny]. The album cover is graded VG [some creases/sticker on cover]
