One Step Close Up instant film camera.

It is in excellent cosmetic condition and

works fine. This camera uses 600 film.

Most items are estate or attic items

so they are not new nor mint unless

stated as such. Please have realistic

Despite everything written below, I actually enjoy selling on Ebay.

Most customers are great even when things go wrong, as they sometimes will :-(

PAYMENT

Payment to be made within five (5) days of auctions end.

If you can't do that for any good reason ... please let me know

and I'll be happy to work with you. Please know I will accept

payments other than PayPal, just email me :-)

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are determined on a case by case basis.

Please contact me first regarding a return ... notification must be made

within 3 days of receipt of item.

In most cases, if a return is granted, the buyer will be responsible

for the return shipping costs as well as the initial shipping fees and

a refund will be issued for the item price only.

If you have a question about the item, please ask before you

bid to avoid the costs associated with returning it.

Item must be returned in same condition as sent out ... upon receipt

refund will be issued.

ELECTRONICS: ... if noted, unit was tested and

was in good working order ... HOWEVER ... due

to the nature of used electronics ... all of my

auctioned electronics are sold AS IS.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Please be advised that I am not an expert on anything. My items are

identified/described to the best of my ability and as accurately as my

knowledge allows. If you need more information or if anything is not

clear, please contact me prior to bidding ... I will be as

specific/honest as I can with an answer.

It is impossible to list or photograph every flaw.

I only list damage ... I do not list any factory flaws (such as in pottery)

or factory imperfections (such as in depression glass) etc.

Please look at the photos provided so that you may form your own

opinion of the condition/display of the item. They are a precise visual

description of the item and speak louder than the words in the description.

These photos serve as an extension of any written description and if a

condition is evident in the picture yet not described in writing, it is

considered disclosed.

What might meet with my approval might not meet someone else's and

I want both of us to be satisfied with the transaction.

SHIPPING

All items are packaged carefully and shipped within 1-2 postal business

days of auctions end and upon cleared payment. Most items

are shipped with confirmation delivery.

HANDLING FEES

Sellers are allowed to recoup what it costs them to prepare your

package for shipment per Ebay rules. Actual postage is not the

only cost .... shipping costs include many factors such as

packaging costs, peanuts, tape, travel to the post office, etc.

That's why it's called "shipping and handling".

There is a small handling fee added to the shipping (postage)

fee on most of my listings. Please understand that I must recover

my costs on these items to continue to bring you great bargains.

FEEDBACK AND DSR RATINGS

Ebay has a rating system called the Detailed Seller Ratings or

DSR's ... it's those little stars you click on when you leave feedback.

You can leave Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) on the Leave Feedback

page after you leave your overall rating (positive, neutral or negative).

Please note that under Ebay's Star Rating System anything less

than a 5 star rating on all categories is akin to negative feedback :-(

You may think that you are leaving a reasonable rating by giving a seller

DSR's of 4 stars but Ebays feedback system treats anything less than

5 stars as sub-standard. Four stars is not a "good" rating as Ebay

has shoppers believe.

When rating us by Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) please keep in mind

that "Shipping Time" is the time that it takes us to mail your package

and not the time it takes for the delivery service to deliver it to you. We

are not responsible for the shippers work ... please don't rate us on their

performance. Please also remember that, if you pay with an e-check, we

will not mail your package until payment has cleared ... please do not

consider this as slow shipping. "Shipping Time" should be judged on how

quickly the item is in the mail after paid - NOT how long it takes to arrive.

When rating on "Shipping and Handling Charges" remember that sellers

may charge actual packaging materials cost and a reasonable handling

fee to cover the seller's time and direct costs associated with shipping.

"Shipping and Handling Charges" should be judged on the handling costs.

Sellers have no control over the high postage costs and unfortunately

we have to charge what we get charged so please judge on handling.
