Especially For You


Especially for You is the first full-length album from New Jersey rock band The Smithereens. The album is notable for the hit "Blood and Roses," the theme song from the 1986 movie Dangerously Close, which was also used on the TV show Miami Vice during the episode titled "The Savage" (first aired February 6, 1987), and later in the 1997 movie Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. Producer Don Dixon's co-production work on R.E.M.'s Murmur and Reckoning albums added attention to the record's initial release.

Jacket is in Fair to Good Condition (moderate shelf wear - sticker on upper right corner of front cover - edge, corner & ring wear - blue ink smudge marks on right side of front cover) - LP is in Very Good (VG) Condition. LP comes with black plastic protective sleeve.
