 This is a Laerdal IV Foot Trainer.  You do not see many of these around.  We have had this at an EMS academy for a while and found that we do not get much use out of it.  IT seems to work well and I have a total of five of the replacement skins/veins for the devise.

The devise is great devise for adding some variety to EMS or Nursing training.  It also helps throw some challenges into scenario-based training.
