This tour saw Yes out in support of their recently released fifth album "Close to the Edge". It became their second hit album in a row following 1971's "Fragile". They enjoyed enormous commercial and critical success around the world and had become one of the most popular concert attractions of the day. They were renowned for the high quality of both their sound and lighting.

They opened the show with "Firebird Suite" and "Siberian Khatru". It also included such Yes classics as "I've Seen All Good People", "Heart Of The Sunrise", "Close To The Edge", "And You And I" before closing with "Roundabout".

NOTE: The tour was well documented with the movie and live album "Yessongs", released in 1973.
