A3--Woke Up This Morning ("SOPRANOS" Theme) (US DJ CD5)

In 2000, TOM HANKS saw the SOPRANOS on HBO and immediately agreed with LITTLE STEVEN VAN ZANDT (aka Silvio Dante) of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND that there just had to be a soundtrack album for the TV Series.

The obvious single choice was the formerly obscure A3 track called WOKE UP THIS MORNING, which is used as the show's theme.

This single features both an Edit of the Album version of the song, and an (Clean) Edit of the Edit, because, you know, you just might want to show reruns of the series one day, and some of the stations may want to edit out the dirty words. (HEYYY, THERE'S KIDS IN THIS JOINT! OHHH!) 

This single comes in a standard Jewel Box. The CD cover has a Blue & Black SOPRANOS Cast Photo on it (because what would the SOPRANOS be without the color black?), while the back cover has the standard title card information on it. 

This is a nice collector's item for any SOPRANOS (and the individual actors in the series), BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND, or TOM HANKS fan.
