100% Cotton Flannel in black and white plaid-check.
Bloomers are attached at the empire waist area, inside.
The collar & bloomers are in red with white floral print cotton (not flannel).
Bloomers have zipper opening for changing.
Denim applique on chest.
Dress is empire waist with gathers in front,
and back, with buttons up top half.
Length from shoulder seam to bottom of dress 17 1/2".
