Original printed front wrap creased at center with a 3 inch split (lacking rear wrap otherwise collated and complete). p. (i) toned at margins (see second image below). Two old punch holes through the document to the inner margins (not affecting text), few leaves partially unopened. Contemporary ownership inscription of “Cooke & Cooke” on front cover.
