    Item also may or may not be Greatest Hits/Players Choice/Platinum Hits version. We will send version based on availability. No refunds will be given in regard to version and we cannot guarantee you will receive the version you request.
    We do provide a 30-day warranty on all our games against defects (with the exception of defects caused by customer abuse). Same-item exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.
    Should you receive a defective item from us, we will replace it for you.
    We have multiple copies of all our games and will pull them randomly when they sell.
    We do have the ability to resurface discs before they are sent out and will do so if needed to remove scratches.
