This seat was bought in August of this year and my son hates it and refuses to use it because he prefers his old Apex 65. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS SEAT, VERY SAFE!!

 My loss is your gain!! Manufactured in 03/02/08 and good until 03/02/15...lots of life left.Paid $59.98 plus shipping at Wal-Mart on-line!! NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT AND NO STAINS OR TEARS!!!
