This charming and substantial napkin rings look very similar to Lenox Noel Silver Christmas Tree napkin rings I have seen elsewhere. They are unmarked (are genuine Lenox marked?) dry in a rubbermaid-style container in my non-smoking home for the last several years.  They are not sterling or even plated, unless they are treated against tarnishing, because they have no tarnish whatsoever.  I have never used them.
