Methods of Shipping: - We ship either AIR or EMS to MOST countries. We do not ship SAL mail because it is too slow and people tend to rate us very poorly over it. Some countries like Mexico and all of Central and South America must use EMS.

NEW FOR ITALY: -- Italy will use registered airmail (yes it must be registered) or EMS no matter what the cost of the package is.

Combined Shipping Cost: - If you buy more than one listing, you MUST wait for me to send a combined shipping invoice with the correct total. If you do not do this, then you will surely overpay. Best is to email me to confirm the correct combined items shipping cost or wait for my personal invoice. AGAIN, do not trust the combined shipping cost that ebay tell you minutes after you bought the items as it is almost certainly wrong.

This is our "estimated combined shipping" chart. Sometimes it's cheaper, sometimes it's correct, sometimes it's higher. I have to tally the order up personally to get your cost, but the chart should give you a good idea of what each additional item will cost. Our Registered Service Policy: - Registered is a service not a class of mail. It is an optional service cost if your order is $30.00 or below and mandiatory if it's over $30.00. It cannot be put on EMS Mail as it's benefits are redundant to that service. For orders $30.00 or below the cost is $5.00. You must personally tell me that you want this service so I can adjust your invoice for it. For orders over $30.00, it will be factored in with your airmail shipping cost at a lower discounted rate depending how much your order is. If your invoice (before the shipping cost) is over $100, then registered service is then totally free of charge!

Just What Does Registered Service Do? - Registered service will show online tracking via the Japanese postal website that the package has left Japan. Most countries will not display the tracking online for Japanese Registered packages when it enters their country though nor would they share this info with the Japanese site. Usually this is not a trouble because you will have to sign for the package and this prevents theft of your package. Also, it has insurance protection on it in case it does get lost. So registered is pretty safe and almost guarantees that you'll get your package. It's not EMS though, so it does follow the airmail rules of deliverly times where it could arrive really fast or really slow.

Poster Shipping Cost: - Posters can only be sent with other posters and no other items. We send them out in fairly reasonible mailers, but they do sometimes get damaged by crazy mailmen. If you want a strong mailer to foil those crazy mailman, then you must email me for the additional cost. Those tubes are very expensive and they do add in extra weight to the package, so the cost for this upgrade tends to be fairly high.

Processing & Arrival Time: - Please note that we do indeed need some processing time for packing and sending. Current processing time is:

Processing time is not arrival time. These are two different time periods. Airmail arrival time is about 1 to 3 weeks. EMS mail arrival time is about 1 week. You add the processing and the arrival times together and is about when you should get your package. Please note that these are average estimates and your actual experience could be faster or slower, especially during holiday times.

Special Conditions About Size and Weight: - There are two postal regulations about a package’s weight and size that we must obey. In most cases you won’t have to worry about size, but weight you may have to consider. If your package is over 2000 grams, then you will have to take EMS mail unless those items are all paper goods, then the limit is 5000 grams for most countries. So if you are adding up those gram totals shown in the images, PLEASE remember to estimate the weight of the box as well. If your package is too large, then it will have to go EMS mail as well. Best is to email me with the list of what you wish to buy to see if it needs to go EMS mail because of size factors.

Invoice: - The winner will receive an invoice via ebay’s invoicing system usually a day after the auction ends. When the payment is processed, you will receive an email that is telling my contact in Japan to process your order. After his necessary processing time (see above), you’ll get another email from me saying the item is on its way to you. That email will have tracking details if that is applicable to your order. If you do not receive these emails, then your spam filters is too strong and you will have to check your junk mail file for those emails.

How Long Can You Wait For the Payment?: - I hate to answer this on the listings because it encourages people to bid and then wait to the very last minute to pay. But ebay has a new unpaid item policy that will be in effect soon, so it's only fair to let the customers know. I will be having my ebay settings set to "21 days". This means you have 3 weeks from the very first item you bought to get your payment in before ebay will file automatic claims against you. If you don't pay 4 days after your warning, then you will get an unpaid strike against your account. This is going to be 100% automated and will not take into account any special conditions that you may have told me about on week one. If you need more time and if you had done prior business with me to the point where I know you are going to pay even though you are late, then you must email me and discuss the matter with me. I believe that there is going to be a whitelist, meaning I need to put you on the list so as not to have automatic claims filed against you. It's still a new system not out yet, but when it is, I'll work out the details and put some notice in my newest listings about the matter. But if I get too many people abusing this system and waiting for the last moment to pay, then I will shorten my wait time. So if it's possible to pay us right away, I really would like that.
