looks like a genuine watercolor, but I'm pretty certain it's a print

The USPS states that Priority Mail is delivered within the U.S. in 2-3 business days, on average. The USPS states that Parcel Post is delivered within the U.S. in 2-9 business days, on average. International delivery takes longer. This delivery time begins 24-48 hours after your payment has been received and cleared. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped. This email usually provides you with a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier’s system.

Q. How do I pay for an item I have purchased?
A. Upon the close of an auction you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. Click on the eBay “PAY NOW” button to be taken to your PayPal account where you can pay via the methods offered through PayPal.
Q. How long do I have to pay for an item?
A. You will have three days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. Sorry, but after three days, we will have to resell your item to the next interested buyer. So, please check your e-mail as soon as you can after the auction close.
Q. What credit cards do you accept?

Q. Can I get a printed receipt for my payment?
A. Yes. You can print any page from the PayPal site while you are paying for your item. If you have a PayPal account, you can print transaction records from their website at any time.
Q. When is my credit card charged?
A. Your credit card is charged through PayPal immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Your order is then immediately transferred to our shipping department, to be shipped out within one to two business days.
Q. What do you consider my shipping address?
A. We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses. Their website can assist you in getting your address confirmed. We suggest doing this well before bidding on any item.
Q. What if my credit card is declined?
A. If there is a problem processing your card for any reason you will be notified immediately during the checkout process. Depending on the nature of the problem you may be prompted to try a different card or try again later.
Q. I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?
A. At checkout, PayPal offers you the opportunity to identify items purchased from us for combined shipping. Take advantage of this at the time you pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine items once payment has been made.

Q. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?
A. We will ship to anyplace in the world that is covered by the Post Office or UPS. (UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but the USPS will).

Q. Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?
A. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain residences due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a ‘call tag’ with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package. Except for high-end items, we do not usually require signature for delivery.
