This is a child's "Bob the Builder" winter vest, size 4T. The measurments are approximately: armpit to armpit is 14" and the length is 15 1/2".  It is yellow in color with Bob on the front.  It has one velcro pocket closure and  one pocket, and a zipper closure with the pull being an orange cone. Specs:  outer layer is 100% nylon, and the lining is 60% cotton, 40% polyester, the filling: 100% polyester, it is machine washable.  It is in excellent used condition, it has no stains, tears, rips or pulls.
