| Offered here is a fantastic table designed by Charles and Ray Eames and manufactured by Herman Miller. From the highly popular and successful aluminum group line originally produced beginning in 1958. Aluminum Group furniture originally began as a commission for the home of J. Irwin Miller, founder of Cummins engines. They were looking for a product for outdoor use which eventually found its way into both office and home dining settings. This particular table features a high quality white oak formica top with a black rubber strip around the edge, dark umber pedestal, four star base and dark umber aluminum group legs with casters. Rare special order, most of the time the legs were chrome. Casters are not pictured, but I do have them. of use. Condition is very good vintage. Please see pictures.
