and you received it in a condition other than stated, PABUILDPRO will
issue a FULL REFUND including return shipping and the original
shipping charges. This must be brought to our attention withing 7 days from receipt of the product via email or phone. This is for all items EXCEPT motor vehicles, scooters or anything that requires titling via state law.
- If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund,
the product must be returned at your expense within seven (7) business
days of receipt of the product. The original and return shipping
charges will not be refunded. This includes all items as well as vehicles that have NOT been titled via state law.
- If a product is received broken, damaged in shipping, or DOA (Dead
On Arrival), PABUILDPRO will replace the item at no expense to you (if
one is available). A claim through the shipping company will be made and your assistance may be required. In the event that one is not available, a similar
product may be substituted with your approval, otherwise, a full refund
will be made.
- For an auction that is sold "AS IS - NO RETURNS," the product
