This is an original Dept 56 Farm House. It is from 1987. It comes with the original box, but the box has wear to it from being stored. It also comes with the light cord. It measures 8.5 x 6.5. It is in good condition.

 

We do combine shipping so if you win one or more auctions PLEASE wait for a combined invoice before paying. We only accept paypal as payment method....due to ebay’s new policy. I am sorry for the trouble. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing. Refunds are only accepted if we have made an error in the listing.
