PAYMENT

We accept all forms of payment as long as they are in U.S. Currency.  Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.  Be aware that the use of checks will result in added time to the transaction, while we wait for payment to clear.  If you use Paypal be aware that if the funds are being drawn from an account outside of Paypal, payment won’t clear on our side for 3 days until the payment clears in Paypal (ex. you pay on the 15^th we won’t be aware until the 18^th), so please factor that into our shipment time of your item.

If payment isn’t complete within a week of winning/buying an item a non-paying bidder warning will be sent to you.  The warning will remain open until payment is received.  We appreciate a speedy payment but understand it is not always possible. We will however close a non-paying bidder warning with an unpaid item strike after 14 days of your agreement to purchase an item.

SHIPPING 

Any questions about shipping cost and locations can be found in the shipping and handling section in the lower section of this webpage.  We guarantee you will not find better quality packaging in our industry, this insures your item will be undamaged and in perfect condition when it arrives.

We usually ship twice a week, so our usual turnaround is 7-10 days for you to receive your item.  While this is our normal turnaround things happen outside of our control that occasionally result in longer ship times. 

FEEDBACK

We do everything in our power to ensure a quality shopping experience.  As a result we ask you to please leave positive feedback about your shopping experience and we will do the same. We feel there is never a reason to leave a negative feedback as we will do everything in our power to make sure a transaction ends in your satisfaction.
