INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will ship internationally occasionally. Please contact me in advance to find out if I ship to your location. International shipping charges are determined by your location. Please understand that the postal costs can be very high and they are out of my control. I will offer you the best rate possible! I declare actual values on all packages! I charge a handling fee for International Shipping!
