We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer. We also accept cash for in-person pick-up only. (Please DO NOT send cash through the mail!)

WARRANTY

All of our refurbished items come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping.

The warranty is good for the duration stated in the individual listing and your invoice after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt.

Fuser's have a separate warranty which is valid for 90 days, or 1/2 of the duty cycle stated by the manufacturer, whichever comes first.

We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

We also offer an extended warranty, which is available at an additional cost. Please Email us at Ebay@theprinterdepot.net to discuss extended warranty options.

Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy. These items are returnable only if they do not power up within 7 days of receipt. Return Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Our printers are foam in place packed. (unless they are still in the original box and packing or they are palletized) We use a double wall box that is properly rated for the weight of the printer. Larger units are shipped on a pallet for extra protection.

All of our product is properly security marked. We use 2 forms of security markings on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings will void all warranties.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight.

Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Large orders or complex machines can take 48 hours to ship.

RETURNS

We accept returns within the warranty period. In order to return your item, Email us at returns@theprinterdepot.net to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We do offer technical support for our buyers, and many times we find that the issue can be resolved.

We can also exchange your item. There are two ways to exchange an item:

1. Return the item to us. We will test it, and either repair or exchange it.
2. Pay for a second item that we ship ASAP. Meanwhile, return the original item to us for inspection and testing. After we receive your original item, we will issue a refund.
