We ship from our silver workshop in Bali usually within 24 business hours.

Standard shipping is by International Registered Airmail Post which includes Post Office tracking and takes about 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive from Bali usually, and costs $5.50.

If you need special shipping arrangements so that the package will arrive quicker, by EMS or courier, please email us for further information.

Any customs or other payments in your country must be paid by the purchaser. We can only supply the shipping charges.

We offer discounted combined shipping for items that are paid for in the one Paypal payment. The shipping charge for each additional item is discounted by $2.75.



We accept returns if you are not happy with the item you receive and will offer a full refund. Please contact us and let us know the problem and we will work together to find the best solution, either a replacement or refund. For return of items please contact us first.
