The Binoculars Marked "Night Vision" inscription thought they are NOT REAL night vision using in Military or SWAT team member.  With these binoculars to see at night, there needs to be some light shining. At night you can see clear with very little light shining such as the stars or moon. They can not see in completed darkness.
