If an item is shipped in error or defective, The Shoe Guy will issue a prepaid return label via UPS email for the return and cover all costs. We guaranty the quality of our products but cannot be responsible for fit. All shoes can run differently.  Refunds are allowed, the refund will be the greater amount of the s/h fee and a $10.00 restocking fee or 25% of the total purchase price.
