DC07: The first, most popular, and most tried and true.  This is the classic design that Dyson built their name on.
DC14: Same great suction with a bit better handling on the classic design.  Grabbing tools are easier too.
DC15: Ball platform brings S and L turns.  Two motors provide separate suction and geared brush drive.
DC16: A balanced hand held that actually works.  Five minutes of real power for all those quick jobs.
DC17: Best for thicker wall to wall carpet.  Tougher classic design with heavy brush action and a geared belt.    NOT for thin flat carpet, not the weak of heart.
DC18: Best for multiple floor levels, easier to lift.  Keeps the power of the DC07 while shaving off some pounds.
DC21: Best for mostly hard floors with some area rugs.  Super easy storage for tight closets.
DC24: The lightest and most compact upright.  Focus is for small apartments and disabilities.

What to Beware of:

  2. Odd colored backgrounds in the images
  3. No Dyson logo or Dyson copyrighted images
  4. No standing inventory. Actual dealers always maintain stock purchased direct from Dyson. If a seller doesn't ship from his location, don't buy it...even he won't know what's actually being sent out.

We buy them direct from the factory because we are Authorized. There are no middle men or 3rd parties involved.

2. Are you an Authorized Dealer?

Yes we are. We are also a Dyson Warranty Center.

3. Is the Extra Warranty through you or another company?

We are an Authorized Dyson Warranty Center, and if you ship it back to us, we deal with you directly and quickly.  We keep all your records on file and do not require you to "register".

4. Is it a Brand New model or Refurbished?

This is a "Factory Refurbished" unit in a box from the Dyson Factory

 

 5. What does factory reburbished mean?

           The terms "Factory Serviced" or "Refurbished" refer to being free of mechanical defects as guaranteed by the factory.  The products were returned to the factory where they were repaired of any defects, thoroughly tested, and then repackaged in a factory carton.  Factory serviced units either had a defect found by the factory or dealership, or were damaged in shipping. They were never used by a consumer.
