"IN A LITTLE SPANISH TOWN ('TWAS ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS)" music by Sam M. Lewis and Joe Young, words by Mabel Wayne.  Published in 1926 by Leo Feist Inc. in New Yorki.

This is a very cool old song from 1926.  Written for voice with piano ukulele accompaniment.  The previous owner's name is written on the cover, the binding was taped together some time ago, and there is some slight fraying at the edges.  This would be great for playing or just framing!
