All items are produced by a 3rd party manufacturer not by the original computer manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the auction. Original manufacturer part numbers are provided for cross reference only, the actual part numbers on the product will be different. All compatible part number information information listed are deem to be reliable. Please note certain models may use several different voltage or amp age and/or connectors depending on the feature and spec of the model. please be sure to match the part # on the listing as well as the voltage and the size of the connector tips before making purchase. If you are uncertain about the compatibility please email us using "Ask seller a question" form link  located on the top right hand side of the auction page under "Meet the seller" section.

Warranty & Return Policy:
The product warranty term is one(1) Year started from the purchase date. Warranty covers parts & labor to repair or replace, at our option, any item that we determine to be defective due to defects in materials and workmanship. Product must be presented to us within the warranty period. Physical and/or cosmetic damages like cracks, tears, broken wires, chips or any damages that occur as a result of misuse or abuse will not be covered under warranty. Shipping charges & insurance from/to the customer to us for any warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all return packages until they are received by us in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are properly packaged and insured.
**We offer lifetime warranty for camera and laptop carrying case/ bags.**

DOA(Defective on arrival) Return Policy is 14 days. This policy starts from the product received date indicated by the tracking or delivery confirmation date. In any case if the tracking # or delivery confirmation is unavailable we will select a reasonable time frame for the policy start date, usually 4-7 business days after the product ship date.  All returns that found to be good working condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee - minimum of $5. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. RMA number must be requested within 14 Days and the item must arrive back at our location within 7 days after the RMA is issued.  Items received after this time period will not be accepted for return. Item must be received in original condition with all included items.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling of the claimed defective item back to us.
If the return item found to be defective we will either reship or refund depending on the availability of  the inventory stock. Seller will be responsible for shipping  the replacement to buyer in this case.
All Warranty & Returns Require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to return of any items. Failure to do so may result in delay RMA process time.

Please allow approx 1-2 business days for process and 3-7 business days for delivery. our shipping
department will forward the tracking information or it will be automatically forwarded to your paypal/eBay email address.
For international order please allow longer time for delivery depending on the relative location to USA mainland.
note to international buyers: Unless shipped via Global Express shipping international package does not have tracking option.
We will do our best to insure package delivery in timely manner, however, sometimes delayed may occur due to the shipping carrier.
If buyer provided a correct shipping address and the shipment take longer than usual, we will reship another one to buyer.
Shipping address:
For PayPal/online payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly.  Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment, as it will be disregarded. To temporary change your shipping address in your paypal account please log in to your paypal account and select "profile" and from there you can temporary change your shipping address. Credit card payments: We will only ship to your  credit card billing address. Buyer are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address with your payment. If you are unsure about the correct format of your shipping address, you can find it online at US Postal service website: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/ Seller will not be responsible for any unconfirmed, incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer which result in return or lost of the shipment package. In case of  shipment return to seller due to unconfirmed, incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer, re-shipping charge will apply.
Shipping destination:
We charge flat rate S&H for all shipment within USA. Shipping/Handling rates shown below in the Shipping and Payments detail section apply to 50 US States, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and other US territories with a valid US zip code.
We also charge flat rate S&H for International shipment; however it may vary from country to country. Please select your country in the Shipping and Payments detail section for the rate to your country.
Insurance:
Insurance are optional in our auction. it is strongly recommended against accidental package damage or lost.
