• We offer over 13,000 unique items, primarily replacement parts, that are shipped from multiple warehouses.  We have available stock for all items at the time the listing is created.  We check inventory levels daily to update our eBay offering.  In the event we do have an inventory error, and do not have an item available at the time you place your order, we will promptly issue a refund.  Please respect our efforts to keep our product availability as accurate as possible, and do not issue negative feedback in the event we are out of stock on an item you order.

Communication:

• We are open 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.  Please note that we are not staffed to answer email questions on weekends.  If you email a question over the weekend, we will answer it as soon as possible during our regular business hours.

Returns:

• We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return the item, contact us first for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
• Further Returns Information:  Unused and uninstalled parts in the original packaging, along with a copy of the original order number (eBay item number) and your complete mailing address and email address may be returned to Mel-coParts for refund.  Returned parts must be received by Mel-coParts within 90 days of your order date.  A refund will be issued for part(s) plus any applicable sales tax, excluding shipping charges.  We cannot issue refunds for parts that have been taken from the original packaging, installed, used, or that are past the 90-day time frame.
