Cartoon Blue Green Christmas Tree Holiday Cards Boy

If you are really looking to impress your friends you have found the perfect Holiday card. First I take a photograph of your little one and then draw out their faces. The face is then placed on the body form. Your wording is then incorporated into the card. And just wait until you get everyone's reaction after they receive their card.

How the process works and the items that will be needed

Photographs

To start I will need 3 photographs of your little one for the card. I will need 3 pictures so that I can choose the one that will work the best. Make sure it is a very clear photo and the must be face larger than a quarter in the original picture. Close ups work the best. Professional photography can only be used with the written consent of the photographer. Photos can be mailed or emailed. Mailed photos will be returned in original condition with the completed invites. Emailed photos should be sent at a high resolution. Low resolution or unclear photos I cannot use. Any questions on how to get high resolution images please contact me before purchasing.

*Note: When I create the image I choose only one image I know will work the best the other two photos I do not use in any way. I use that photo as a template that I draw on top of. So what the person looks like in the photo I choose is exactly what they will look like in the final cartoon. Please try to then choose photos that you like everything from their hair to the expression on their face even the way they are smiling. Make sure that you like all photos equally because I will choose the one that works the best even if there is one you like better. Also send photos of how that person normally wears their hair.

Wording

The wording can be changed for no additional cost. Please contact me before purchasing to make sure I can make it fit into the card.

Proof

Your proof will be emailed within 5 business days after the photographs and payment have been received. At this time you should review the proof and determine what changes or corrections need to be made. Once you have approved the proof no further changes can be made. If changes are needed you will receive them the next business day at the latest. A total of 3 sets of changes will be allowed. Any additional changes will be a $5.00 charge per set of changes. All changes requested must be approved before the cards are mailed out. If no communication is received after proof has been emailed within two weeks cards will be mailed as is.

Shipping

You have a choice of Priority Mail Shipping (2-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days). If you need your cards quickly I recommend choosing Express shipping. Cards will be mailed out within 2 business days after proof has been approved.

Turn Around Time

From the date that all info and payment has been received it will be 8-10 business days until you receive your cards. (there may be delay if proof is not approved right away due to any changes or corrections)

Additional Cards

Here is a price breakdown for the cards if more than 15 cards are needed. Once you know the amount you need please contact me so that I can set up your special listing. Please note shipping is a flat rate no matter how many cards you purchase.
10-69 Cards $2.00 each
70-124 Cards $1.85 each
125+ Cards $1.80 each

Rush Orders

If you need your cards faster than 8-10 business days it will be an additional $25.00 charge. All rush orders must be shipped Express Shipping please choose Express shipping when you check out. Your proof will be received in 2 business days and mailed out the following business day after approval.

Foreign Orders

For orders outside of the US PayPal is the only payment type I will accept.
