ICE BUCKET/TUB

Though obviously used, these Ice buckets/beverage coolers with matching lids came from a service club and have been well treated.   They are a rich burgundy color with a soft leather-like finish.   Approximately 7.5" in diameter and 7" high — add about 1" with the lid.   The brass knob has a slight crackle glaze that gives a little sparkle which shows up in the photo.

They all have the clean white or off-white thermoplastic lining — making them easy to keep clean and also allows them to be used to hold a vase in the center of a table for appropriate decorations or for holding chilled foods on ice such as gazpacho, vichysoisse, prawns and other seafoods, or tappas.   I have found this rich upscale finish impossible to find in stores — modern less classy finishes retail new for $25 — $30.
