The Dell DVD/CD Rom Drive is a great basic drive, allowing you to read DVDs and CDs. It offers speeds of up to 8X DVD 24X CD. The drive allows you to enjoy the crystal clear picture, color and sound clarity of DVD video on your notebook. It will also prepare you for future software and large data files that will be released on DVD-ROM. The drive is capable of playing all your existing CD-ROMs, DVD movies, Music CDs, and CDs that you have created with your CD burner.

Shipping

-Goods will be shipped within 1 business day of your cleared payment. Delivery varies upon your shipping needs. We use UPS and USPS as our carriers, but will accommodate you. There may be some additional fees.

-Once your item is shipped, an e-mail will be sent with tracking information (if available).

-Paypal payments require a confirmed shipping address

-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

-Winner of the auction is responsible for all shipping/handling charges including but not limited to: customs fees, special taxes, additional delivery attempts. Please contact us for more information.

Payment

-We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmericanExpress).

-Paypal checking account payments (e-checks) may delay your shipping until all funds have cleared.

Terms

-30 day guarantee: if you receive a malfunctioning product, the item will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model provided it is returned to Aquamoon Trading within 30 calendar days of receipt of payment. If there is no available replacement product, we will provide a full refund (shipping and handling excluded). Returns require authorization. Please contact us via email email before sending any item back. Furthermore, you may return any product for any reason for a refund. Such return needs to be within 30 calendar days of receipt of payment. There is a 10% restocking fee. Buyer bears the costs of shipping.

-Product warranty: assume there is no warranty unless it is explicitly stated in the product description. Buyer needs to contact the manufacturer directly if there is such warranty. Aquamoon Trading does not facilitate buyer's warranty rights.

-Support: Aquamoon Trading does not provide technical support. For technical assistance with your purchase, contact the manufacturer or seek local technical support at your own expense.

-After 30 calendar days of receipt of payment we will not process return for ANY reason

-For refunds, all returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories/manuals/software.

-Your bid is a binding legal contract. Please do not bid if you do not intend paying.
