These Lamps, Stained Glass Panels and fireplace screens we carry are first quality, hand crafted pieces. They can slightly vary in color because they are handcrafted. The retail value for these pieces are 2X to 3X the price we sell them for. We have had nothing but compliments from our ebay and website customers as to the quality of these stained glass panels and lamps. Don't worry, all of our products, especially glass products are packed to perfection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

 

Shipping fees include insurance.

Return Items:

Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item. All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received.  We do NOT pay return shipping on ANY item at ANY time. 

A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt to PayPal Account used for the original purchase even as PayPal return rules state, it is to the BUYER to pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are NEVER refunded. if there is nothing wrong with the item a 25% restocking fee may be charged.



We accept Paypal or Propay only.  If you cannot pay right away after purchase, just email us and we will note your payment date on your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is made in full.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order in addition to delivery time. We use some dropshipping services so we ship using a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS & Fed Ex. Carrier service will be listed in each listing for that specific product. We do combine shipping where we can. However if something ships from more than one location, that may not always be possible. Feel free to email us as we will do what we can to reduce your shipping costs.

Note: Some have asked about the light oil type coating on the stained glass lamps and stained glass panels. This coating in most cases is a protective coating that is easy to clean off, some may still have cutting oil on them from when the were cut. This wipes off easily with soap and water. And most important, these stained glass tiffany lamps and stained glass panels are SUPER HIGH QUALITY REAL HAND CUT glass. 98% of the items out there today are plastic or acrylic--OURS ARE NOT and we have had tons of compliments on them. Take advantage of them while we can still offer them at fantastic prices!
