Processing time: Your item usually ships the same day if payment is received/cleared before 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time. Communication:
We will make every effort to contact you immediately after the auction has ended. If you do not hear from us within 2 days after the auction has ended, please make an effort to contact us. Often times, it is either ISP or email problems that lead to communication problems. If you're going to be out of town or away from email access, please let us know prior to doing so. With your cooperation, we can avoid communication problems.
Personal Check Policy:
If you're paying with personal check, money order, cashiers check, please be patient and allow 5-7 business days for the check to clear. Shipment will be made the next business day once clearance has been confirmed. Please be patient.
Warranty Service & No-Hassle Return Policy:
Simple and easy. If within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item - whether it is defective, or just unwanted - email us for an RMA, and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item (not including the initial shipping and handling charge).
We make no warranties as to colorfastness, shrinkage or wash ability. No allowance made after goods are cut. Such claims shall be deemed waived by buyer. All goods are sold "AS IS" we are not liable for any defects in, or damage resulting from the use of these goods. It is the sole responsibility of the user to assure oneself by preliminary test that the product is suitable for the end use intended. There are no returns for parts, scissors, and needles.
When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund or replacement item.
We will ship replacement items for defectives at no additional cost.
