The very first appearance of Venom in his earthly form of Eddie Brock. It is also 1st appearance of Chance. This is the very first Todd McFarlane Spider-Man comic book.

This book is really sweet with lots of gloss. If you turn the book over, there is a slight up-lift at the spine which should flatten out nicely if the book is placed under a heavy box for a while.
