Looking for fibers for a patriotic theme? This set contains 1 yard of each of 15 red, white, and blue fibers in both the traditional bright colors and the antique shades. You will receive a variety of types of fibers, such as boa, fun fur, and several types of eyelash. With the great selection of textures and thicknesses in this set, you are sure to find the right fiber for your project.
The fibers are displayed on a card so that you can see each fiber, but the card is not included. To prevent tangling, each set of fibers is banded together, folded neatly, and inserted in a reclosable bag.
Occasionally I run out of a fiber shown, substitute another and replace the picture in the listing.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not delighted with any item you receive, contact me within seven days, and I will work with you to resolve any issues up to and including refunding your purchase price to your PayPal account. Buyer pays return postage unless the item differs substantially from the description.
SHIPPING TERMS: I ship fibers and rubber stamps via First Class Mail or First Class Mail International. If you prefer a different method, contact me for a shipping estimate. Calico Kittens are shipped via Priority Mail/Priority Mail International. I usually ship two business days or less after I receive cleared payment.
FOR ONE ITEM: Pay the calculated shipping cost displayed. If shipping method displayed is First Class Mail/First Class Mail International, this amount includes $.50 per shipment for delivery confirmation (so you can track your shipment) and to help cover the cost of packaging materials such as bags, mailers, and labels. This is not a handling fee. Calico Kittens are shipped via Priority Mail or Priority Mail International at actual postage cost because the USPS provides tracking and most packaging materials.
FOR TWO OR MORE ITEMS: For free or combined shipping, please pay for all items with one transaction. Each payment is treated as a separate invoice with a shipping charge unless you receive free shipping.
FREE SHIPPING: For fiber and/or rubber stamp purchases totaling $12.00 or more, shipping is free within the U.S. and discounted internationally. The discount is the same as the cost of shipping in the U.S. Sorry, Calico Kittens do not qualify for free shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I gladly offer combined shipping of all items. Pay the calculated shipping for the item with the highest shipping charge. Then add $.30 for each additional fiber set and $.50 for each additional rubber stamp. To combine other items with Calico Kittens, please request an invoice. You will pay actual postage only because the USPS provides tracking and most packaging material. Because the postage rate is based on the total weight, I will box all items, weigh the package, and send an invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS: To avoid a shipping delay caused by paying the wrong amount (too much or not enough), please request an invoice for international or combined shipping. I accept all forms of PayPal, and payment is due within five days.
