Please buy insurance to ensure your items/packages because accidents may occur while your shipment is being delivered. We CANNOT be held responsible for damage or loss caused by the post office.  PLEASE do not purchase our items if you are disagree with our shipping policy.

Item(s) usually ships within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays) once payment is received or cleared.

Store Policy

    * As some of USED items, they might have some scratches, marks, dings or dirt due to normal used. For those reasons WILL NOT get refunds/exchanges unless they liasted as BRAND NEW condition.

Return/Exchange Policy

    * NO REFUND or EXCHANGE for item(s) that is SOLD AS IT or FINAL SALE.
    * A refund will be given if the item received is significantly not as described only.  If you feel this is the case, please contact us within 3 days and we will work out a resolution that pleases both of us before leaving us a negative feedback.
    *  After the 3-day warranty, no exchanges or refunds will be given. Return shipping cost is at buyers expense.
    * No refund/exchange will be given if the item(s) has some cosmetic, scratches & dings. Please DO NOT bid/buy if you can't accept it.
    * Return item(s) must be in same condition with all original materials/packinging. We must received return items(s) within 7 days of the day you received the item(s). Otherwise, no refund/exchange will be given.  NO EXCEPTION!
