Description:

CW source for external modulator in DWDM systems. Typical linewidth: 1MHz. 900um-buffered fiber with FC/PC connector. PMF at slow axis is sample verified by fiber scope in our lab. See datasheet in two pdf links (year 2001 or 2003 version). Sample test sheet from maker is not from actual stocked lasers. Great value for your research project.

Spec: 20mW output at <167mA. We will do verification on each laser before shipping.

Wavelength is tested by HP 86120B multi-wavelength meter. Output power is tested by HP 81525A optical head with 8153A Lightwave Multimeter Mainframe. Laser current & temperature is controlled by E-tek MLDC-1032 Laser Controller.

 

Condition:  unused in original pack without test sheet. Center wavelength and output power of sample are tested ok in our lab. We will do verification before shipping.
