PayPal is the only form of
payment accepted for this item.
Shipping
& Handling:
All orders are shipped by FedEx 3-day air. FedEx
is our preferred carrier. For large orders, shipments
via freight may be arranged. The buyer pays for the shipping
charges. Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours from
online order completion. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday
and Sunday will not ship until Monday. Choosing next day
or overnight delivery does not guaranty delivery due to
processing time (24 to 72 hours) required to process certain
orders. Shipping insurance is REQUIRED on all items.
There is a $10 handling fee for orders shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii. Due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship
to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO.
Returns:
We have a 30 day return policy. Returns must be accompanied
by a Return
Merchandise Authorization form. This form can be accessed
here.
Items purchased can be returned within 30 days of the
delivery date subject to the following conditions:
* A
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued
by neswarehouse.com must accompany all returned merchandise.
* A RMA number once issued is valid for 10 days from issue
date.
* Merchandise must be returned LIKE NEW condition in their
original packaging. Charges will be applied to missing
accessories.
* Merchandise return address will be provided with the
RMA number.
* Returns are accepted only for non-working or damaged
items not stated in auction.
* Physically damaged returned
merchandise will not be accepted and no refund shall be
given.
* Defective and DOA (damaged on arrival) merchandise can
be returned for repairs or replacement when shipping insurance
is purchased.
