Buyers are responsible for reading all of the following information:

Shipping & Payment Information

Shipping is calculated by eBay, plus a $2 fee for packaging, and is combined when possible (multiple statues may not apply.)  International Shipping (worldwide) is available and requires insurance.

8x10s and Comics (Up to Three Comics):  The shipping options are USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or USPS Media Mail.  Comics are bagged and boarded.  Both 8x10s and comics are shipped in between two pieces of cardboard.  Up to three comics and/or ten 8x10s can be combined for this method. 

Multiple Comics & TPBs:  For more than three comics, or up to three TPBs, the mail method options are USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or USPS Media Mail.  Comics are bagged and boarded, and are shipped in between two pieces of cardboard surrounded by plastic wrap and/or peanuts.

DVDs:  Shipping is via USPS Media Mail in a bubblemailer.  Up to three can be combined.  More than three will be wrapped in plastic wrap and shipped in/via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box.

Statues:  Statues are placed in the original box when available (see item description,) boxed for shipping, and then sent via UPS Ground.   Appropriate insurance is required.

Statues and Comics and/or 8x10s and/or DVDs:  Comics/8x10s can be placed in shipping box with one statue.  Shipping via UPS Ground (with appropriate insurance) will be combined for this type of purchase.

Multiple Statues:  The shipping for multiple statues varies and cannot always be combined.  It is dependant on the particular statues bought.  Please inquire for arrangements and specify which statues are of interest.

SHIPPING DISCLOSURE:  These are the shipping methods and are non-negotiable. 

Item(s) will be shipped once a week on Wednesdays.

Payments

• The payment method is PayPal. 
• Payment must be completely received before item(s) are shipped. 
• Payment must be received within two weeks of auction close or sale will be disregarded. 
• Payments must be received by 6pm EST on Tuesday to be eligible for shipping that week. 

Autographs

Autographs by Raven:  ALL AUTOGRAPHS MUST BE PERSONALIZED.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please indicate to whom the item should be signed in the checkout process.  No refunds on autographed items.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days.  Return shipping paid by buyer.  Not applicable for autographed items.
