This old cook book is called:  Aunt Sammy's Radio Recipes.  This book has 70 menus and about 300 recipes developed by the Bureau of Home Economics. 

This cook book was issued to meet the enormous demand for printed copies of the most popular recipes broadcast from October 1926 to June 1927in the "Housekeepers' Chat" programs of the radio service.
